It was the best mortgage loan experience. James is a great professional whom provided me with a streamlined mortgage process from the first phone call to closing day. He did an outstanding job in working with several different people to bring my loan to a close and made me feel valued throughout the experience. James checked in with me in a good fashion and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I can't say enough positive things about James and his team. They are amazing and I highly recommend their services and to go with Rocket Mortgage next time you want a good mortgage company to work with. I will do it again when it comes to the next relocation.

Working with Matthew was an absolute pleasure. Everything we discussed was straight forward and was proved true and truthful. I was looking at the 30 and 15 year fix mortgages and Matthew should me the 20 year rates were way better than the other two options. Great Knowledge and customer service.

Thought the requested forms, proof of ownership related to properties I owned, making the process anything but complex, Jason was excellent at walking me through everything, helping me get to links on the Rocket Mortgage site, helping me to understand what I didn't and walking me through sealed to what Rocket Mortgage thought I was lacking. He also sped things up! Oh and got me a better interest ...Thought the requested forms, proof of ownership related to properties I owned, making the process anything but complex, Jason was excellent at walking me through everything, helping me get to links on the Rocket Mortgage site, helping me to understand what I didn't and walking me through sealed to what Rocket Mortgage thought I was lacking. He also sped things up! Oh and got me a better interest rate than what was originally agreed to. He also help me through the frustrations that happened along the way. Mine was complex as I have a ton of assets, little debt (2% ration). but they have to verify the assets, even though one may be over the top qualified, nothing is taken for granted.Read MoreRead Less
