Thought the requested forms, proof of ownership related to properties I owned, making the process anything but complex, Jason was excellent at walking me through everything, helping me get to links on the Rocket Mortgage site, helping me to understand what I didn't and walking me through sealed to what Rocket Mortgage thought I was lacking. He also sped things up! He also sped things up! Oh and got me a better interest rate than what was originally agreed to. He also help me through the frustrations that happened along the way. Mine was complex as I have a ton of assets, little debt (2% ration). but they have to verify the assets, even though one may be over the top qualified, nothing is taken for granted.Read MoreRead Less
