Everything went very well except 2 days after we signed the papers, My Hawaiian Miles sent me an email updating me on my balance and low and behold at the end of the email was an ad saying Rocket Mortgage would reward me 25,000 Miles if I did a refinance thru them. Alana was very responsible to resolve any questions and would delay her work until the issues are resolved. I am thankful that she gave me a warm attitude but very principle followed person.
