In the last 3 weeks, I have needed the services of my insurance company, my bank, and Brian from Rocket Mortgage. Phone conversations with the first two were depressing. I wasted 2 days of my life trying to get these people to address simple tasks. Brian and his team of professionals brought me out of my insurance, banking depression.
