This is our first experience with Rocket Mortgage. Brian and the entire team were excellent. The process of refinancing was very efficient. They take you step by step and let you know when something new needs to be done - all on the computer except the actual closing which is at out house. He was knowledgeable, available to respond to questions - by personal cell phone as well as business phone, timely in his communication and tracked my application long after the person he had to hand off to was on my case.
