It all began when I clicked on the link for Rocket Mortgage I immediately got a call back from a wonderful wonderful woman by the name of Farah. Scott has been truly amazing. I had shopped several lenders and talked with a few different mortgage officers. He took the time to listen and respond in great detail. Different mortgage officers were concerned about the size of the loan I was taking and if it was worth their time. Scott and I reviewed the numbers down to 0.03%, looked at overall costs, breakdowns, multiple times. He took every set of numbers and explained the importance of each one.
