I've always thought of the mortgage process as an endless loop of paperwork. But Rocket Mortgage has simplifed the process. Alana was extremely helpful, patient, courteous, and efficient. She keep me up to the minute on all the process as it was going on. When she calls and sometimes I forgot that I'm talking to my mortgage team, not a friend. She is a joy to work with.
