He always called me back even if it was on the weekend to make sure my questions got answered as soon as possible. He did everything in his power to help us get the best rate and savings. Great communication and helpful at every level. When the first home we tried to buy didn't appraise at the right level, Jeremy took us through the process and helped us understand what happened. Glad he did because that first house would have been a mistake, he explained a lot about the whole appraisal process and what was at first an annoyance became a life saver (wallet saver). I was very impressed with my experience with Feras, to the point where I have recommended him to at least two of my friends, who have also, since done loans with him. My son was told by a realtor to steer away from Rocket Mortgage, but I told him that Feras and Rocket Mortgage had done better for me than any other mortgage broker I had ever worked with.
