What he failed to do was listen to me and understand that I was weighing my options.

I'm sure Matthew understands his business well, but what he fails to do is listen to potential new clients and understand their needs. I feel like he was very arrogant and brash with me.

If i could give him 10 stars i would!! He treated me and my wife like we were life long pals. He made it extremely easy to get the help we needed at almost anytime of the day. If there were something we didnt understand he gladly took the time to explain it, and even re-explain if we didnt understand the first time. We aare very glad i went with Rocket Mortgage and that Jeremy was there to help ...If i could give him 10 stars i would!! He treated me and my wife like we were life long pals. Mine was a very unusual case, in that I was repurchasing my home after a foreclosure. At the time that I called Rocket Mortgage, the previous bank was requesting a cash sale and had not even agreed to go through a closing. Kerrianne was very patient and understanding as I navigated my way to a sales agreement and as she began the work needed to start a loan application. Kerrianne kept me informed of every little detail in the process, and the rationale behind the details. She always alerted me to possible hurdles as soon as she was aware of them. She even did quite a bit of "hand holding" in trying to reassure me that the process was moving forward and that she was definitely on my side. A friend advised me that I should have went with a local lender who would give me more personal attention than Rocket Mortgage. That friend couldn't have been more wrong! Kerrianne gave me more attention, assistance and friendly support than I could have ever expected from a mortgage banker!
