Thank God for this man!!! He has been so unbelievably patient with me. He has explained everything to me with regard to the definition of "discount points" and how they are calculated and any line item on the HUD statement. He has never made me feel that anything that I have asked is a stupid question. He literally is one of the main reasons that I am still using Rocket Mortgage.

First let me say I am no rookie to the REFI MORG world... I have owned 3 properties past 20 years and have REFI with about 5 different brokers/morg comp past 15 years(plus i have reviewed 20-30 refi/morg companies)... Because i incurred some large debt after the birth of a child I was forced into REFI my personal home 2016... Again i am shopper by nature so i started to inquire to ...First let me say I am no rookie to the REFI MORG world... I have owned 3 properties past 20 years and have REFI with about 5 different brokers/morg comp past 15 years(plus i have reviewed 20-30 refi/morg companies)... Because i incurred some large debt after the birth of a child I was forced into REFI my personal home 2016... Again i am shopper by nature so i started to inquire to banks/brokers that made sense FIRST like my personal bank, credit union, & current bank which held my morg. I got pretty knew deep and thought i was just as smart as the lender i had selected.. At this point i was almost commited, then a friend advised me to check with Rocket Mortgage.. This is where I met my loan counselor Cory!.. He first was a listener and had much patience dealing with me, then he took control and laid out the BEST plan for me.. Of coarse I am not one to just assume, but everything he said was verified.. To my surprised the company I almost went with(name withheld) actually was leading me down the wrong path.. Plus with the help of some people my wife knew confirmed - Cory's advise, and what he had to offer was best deal.. he did not haggle that was the key.. he laid it out and made it work.. Most importantly he listen to my concerns which most likely slow us down.. He even went above and beyond to ensure no games were played with the home insurance(sometimes insurance companies try to raise you dwelling cost)..

In the end i am extremely happy with CORY's service.. I am sure he will be promoted before i get a chance to use him again, but i got his email!:o)
