At times, I have to admit, I found it annoying (not in a bad way, though) mostly because it was a reminder that, yes, we had not found a house yet. I did appreciate knowing that he had not forgotten about us. When we made offers on houses (we made offers on three houses before our offer was accepted on the fourth house), he was always available for any questions or concerns or, if he was not available, one of his associates got back to us very quickly. I would leave a message for him and he was back to me within the hour, which was great! Even when we ran into some hiccups when the house did not appraise for the agreed upon purchase price, he was very helpful throughout the process and we were able to come to an agreement with the seller.
