We completed everything online together, I attached a few follow up documents, scheduled the appraiser, and waited for the closing to start. Meagan was right there the whole time with either a phone call or an online message. I put the refinance process off, and laughed at myself for waiting. Luckily the rates stayed low. I had a friend about a year ago, who was made at his first refinance with a no-name company and then switched to Rocket Mortgage and called their online process the best thing since sliced bread.
