My refinance with Kerrianne and her team was pretty painless. They bent over backwards to keep me informed (phone, email, and mail) about what to expect, who would be contacting me and when. They worked around my schedule (after normal work hours and weekends) to make it as convenient to me as possible. Kerrianne combined my 1st (7%) and 2nd (11%) mortgages into a single 15 year mortgage at 3.5%. We closed in a little over a month. I was actually the one slowing down the process! Kerrianne was ALMOST as excited as I was when she significantly reduced the amount of interest that I would be paying for the life of my new mortgage (and saving me $400 per month!). I felt that Rocket Mortgage genuinely cared about easing the financial burden of their customers. As a result, I have forwarded Kerrianne's contact information to four of my friends already and plan to keep her number handy for future reference. Bob van Acker from the start was very personable. Eager to help. Almost always answers his phone and if he does not he attentively returns your call. If he didn't live so far I'd take him out to get a beer. All around great guy.
