I would give Clint more stars if I could. Rocket Mortgage is so fortunate to have him as an employee. Since I'm in the real estate business, I was hesitant to get an online mortgage. Thankfully, Clint was there for my husband and me. It was a great experience! Clint is wonderful at foreseeing problems and removing the stress involved in obtaining a mortgage. Clint is wonderful at foreseeing problems and removing the stress involved in obtaining a mortgage. He has the ability to make you feel totally comfortable with him and the entire process. He's the perfect guy to put in the position of having the first contact with clients. I felt comfortable contacting him at any time. He was always available and I appreciated his 'hand holding' through this entire process. When we were turned over to the rest of the team, that, too was a great experience; however, we actually missed Clint. Congratulations, Clint, on your promotion.

I gave Bob 5 stars because he displays excellent customer service. I am a first time home buyer with my stress level up to the max! Q&L happen when I dropped my Commercial Bank loaner due to uncertainties with progress! Well! I contacted Q&L and Bob was assigned - he was so patient and understanding. - handled my concerns, answered my questions, provided step-by-step plan, my stress level ...I gave Bob 5 stars because he displays excellent customer service. We knew that day that my credit sucked and and there was no way you would even consider giving me a mortgage But, and a huge BUT, that didn't stop you from wanting to help me. You didnt brush me off, nor ...Tom I want to start off by saying Thank You, you are awesome and thank you for answering the phone that one day that I decided to call Rocket Mortgage to see what it takes to buy my first home. We knew that day that my credit sucked and and there was no way you would even consider giving me a mortgage But, and a huge BUT, that didn't stop you from wanting to help me. You didnt brush me off, nor ignore me. You stayed in constant contact Every Week asking me how I'm doing with repairing my credit. You hooked me up with your team member who guided me and pushed me to rebuild my credit. It was only a few weeks later that you called me again saying that I did it, I got my credit score where it needed to be and we can proceed with a mortgage. From there it was a piece of cake and that's all because of you, I had no clue what I was doing but your patience and knowledge made this experience awesome. Its been 2 months now that we closed on my house and I'm loving it!!! I'm not saying that there aren't people out there that truly want to help others but you my man went above and beyond Every Step Of The Way!! Might I add, that Rocket Mortgage isn't the only company I contacted, even after I spoke with you I had to explore my options and a 5 min conversation with those mortgage brokers was all it took for them to tell me to call them back when my credit score improved significantly. You didn't let that become a factor. You helped me through it and not only was I able to buy a home but now my credit is good enough that I have the freedom to purchase a car or finance furniture if I choose to do so. You opened up a huge door and helped me transition into the next chapter of my life. I will be forever grateful. You're a good man. Thanks again.
