James was so efficient. We had attempted to buy a house 6 months ago, and close to the end the house (not the loan) fell through. A lot of work for James and no benefit. When this second house became available I didn't even hesitate to call James again and he remembered me, had all my info so we got a quick second start out of the gate and he (and his associates) amazed me with how well things progressed. Nick is very understanding. I explain to him where I stand as far as getting a hous in a price range that I was comfortable paying monthly.
