Yusuf was a great help with my refinance of home loan. He was very personable, patient and resourceful. I do not have a computer, which made it difficult for me to communicate during the loan process. I am also hard of hearing. Yusuf was always pleasant during the process. When necessary, Yusuf obtained a IP comrade to walk me through a difficult technical task. I utilized the local UPS store to complete the process.
