The entire process went extremely quickly/smoothly and I'm so very glad that I made the call. I don't want to sound like a babbling fool from an infomercial, but I would highly recommend that others follow suit and contact you! Within 15 minutes, you were able to tell me whether or not I would be able to save money by refinancing. Fortunately for me, I no longer pay PMI and I was able to get a conventional 30 yr. fixed loan @ 4% (which is less than my initial mortgage).
