I really enjoyed the support received from Ryan. The process was extremely quick unbelievable fast. Once I initiated the first call within 15 minutes I received my pre-approval letter. "at first I was thinking this cannot be real ...I'm still on the phone with him and he's saying my pre-approval has been emailed.. .. this might be a gimmick.... because nothing happens that fast. ".

Ryan assured me it wasn't a gimmick that the process represents it name and image "quick". From there it continued to be smooth sailing. Whenever I called his response was within 24 hrs sometimes sooner even on weekends. He was easy to engage, friendly professional and I especially liked how he assisted me with my application signature process on a Sunday morning. After that initial call to Ryan I was in my home 4 weeks later... I had no idea the process would flow so well. He was a blessing because I needed someone like him with patience to assist me with my first home purchase. Next year my son-in-law and daughter will purchase their first home and yep... My husband and I are first time buyers and admittedly unseasoned in the securing of a mortgage, and we were lucky to get hooked up with Ryan because he did everything in his power to make the process as simple as possible. I received an ad card in the mail for Rocket Mortgage, and decided to call just to see. I was so glad I made that call, and that Ryan answered the phone. He stood by us step by step, even answering questions when we went to the "next phase" of our loan if that particular representative was not available. I hope to get to work with Ryan again if our needs change, and I will encourage my adult ...I received an ad card in the mail for Rocket Mortgage, and decided to call just to see.
