Rocket Mortgage was not our first choice to Refinance our Home
but after talking with Fatima it became our only choice She put
us at ease and was straight forward with Her information .

What can I say? Fatima is the best! When I needed to fix a previously bad decision loan, Fatima worked hard and got me the loan I needed! Then she got my payment down on another refi!!! In my phone I don't have Rocket Mortgage as a contact I just remember Fatima Hashim and type in the best service ever and her number pops up. Seriously forget your local bank, second rate on line lenders, and fly ...What can I say? Fatima is the best! Fatima is outstanding. Our loan got bogged down with other sections of the loan process and she was the one who got it working again. She did everything she promised and more. Each time we got frustrated with the other people who worked on our loan, all I had to do was call her and she went out of her way to get us on track. I never got "put off" with her like other people. The other people would just say what they thought you wanted to hear; but not with her. She takes action.
