Fatima is a hard working individual it warning to make sure every aspect of the mortgage process was completed and assisted us when needed. She is pleasant to speak to on the phone and always returned phone calls in a promptly manner. She made Rocket Mortgage quicker.

Fatima was great!!! Things got a little stressful with the underwriters; and we almost pulled out on my refinance, but thanks to Fatima and all her help we didn't. She was very knowledgable and so easy to communicate with no matter when I called or text her. Fatima was so sweet and we talked just like friends do. I did a refinance on my house and I dreaded the idea of the entire process as I had an unpleasant experience with a different company in the past.
