Our experience with WellsFargo was a nightmare from March 2006 through October 2015. Thanks to Kurt Phillips and his expertise in customer service and refinancing we are rid of Wells Fargo. Kurt was professional, personable, understanding and an excellent representative to Rocket Mortgage in every way. Senior Customer Service skills were needed in dealing with us. We were not very easy or pleasant to deal with.
