Dealing with Chris was excellent. He was available any day of the week and kept the process moving along at a quick pace which is what you want. The most remarkable part was that Chris called me about 9 months after we closed and offered me a better rate that lowered my mortgage payments. I have worked with many A/E's in the wholesale channel and Wendee is by far the very best. She is responsive and give me straight answers! If something cannot be done she will tell me upfront so that I don't waste my time on a loan that doesn't work. She also offers tips and tricks when I am struggling with a file and has saved several deals for me. More importantly she is a good person.
