I have worked with many A/E's in the wholesale channel and Wendee is by far the very best. She is responsive and give me straight answers! If something cannot be done she will tell me upfront so that I don't waste my time on a loan that doesn't work. She also offers tips and tricks when I am struggling with a file and has saved several deals for me. More importantly she is a good person.
