Although the loan process was long and frustrating, the efforts and support that Scott provided was the one outstanding experience in the entire experience. I contacted Mike Harp with Rocket Mortgage to get a VA Loan on our home. He is knowledgeable, professional,truthful and he had closing docs to sign at our home as promised. WOW! I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy. I was so impressed by him from a few years ago when he worked with us from start to finish to purchase a new home. A few days before closing, we ended up backing out of the purchase due to an issue the seller would not resolve. All the hard work he did and we never signed.
