I have been in the refinance mode for more than eight months. I had contacted a few companies, and a few other loan reps from Rocket Mortgage. I am a very, too busy, person and am hard to get hold of a lot of the time, which I had informed every rep that I worked with. Brian was the only one that consistently kept following up with me, by email, text and phone to follow through to completion. I ...I have been in the refinance mode for more than eight months.
