When it came time to close, it was so easy and went so smoothly. There were no surprises at closing like with most mortgage companies. We came to the closing with the money he told us we needed and closed in like 20 minutes. Best and easiest process ever. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Nicholas! I was a bit skeptical of the Rocket Mortgage claims of speed, customer service etc. Started the process with Kerrianne, and immediately felt comfortable and at ease with the entire process. Kerrianne was awesome! Super responsive, great communication, and overall did everything to make the process simple and efficient. She was always available and quick to respond.
