Brian is the best of the best when it comes to being knowledgeable, professional and patient. He communicates quickly and is very articulate. Never did I wait more than a few hours for a response if I had a question. To make this more complicated, I was switching jobs as we were going thru the process and thought "there's no way this will happen". Brian assured me that it would, with the rate I was given, and sure enough, I closed during the time he said to expect to close.

Honestly, you can't get any better than having Brian manage your process. Not once did I feel pressured or feel like he was a "salesman".
