I have tried for over a year to refinance my home. I could not find a bank or lender that would even look at my information. I called Rocket Mortgage and Jeff started the process that day. He was outstanding with his knowledge of what I need to do and how to do it. I have never had such outstanding service. It was almost like he was holding my hand through the whole process.
