If it was not for Boomer Bean we would have dropped Rocket Mortgage all together. Our refinance ended up being very complicated as we did not escrow, and had to get a new roof or our insurance company would no longer insure a roof that was more than 20 years old.
Every step of the way, Rocket Mortgage Dropped the ball 5 or 6 times as the refinance deviated from their standard quick practices. ...If it was not for Boomer Bean we would have dropped Rocket Mortgage all together. Our refinance ended up being very complicated as we did not escrow, and had to get a new roof or our insurance company would no longer insure a roof that was more than 20 years old.
Every step of the way, Rocket Mortgage Dropped the ball 5 or 6 times as the refinance deviated from their standard quick practices. And after spinning our wheels with the other people, we would call Boomer, and he was always right there to grab the ball and get us back on track. Even after the process technically out of his hands, he would pick the ball right back up and get us to the right people to get things back on track.
I really mean it when I say if we had any other person than Boomer Bean, we would have left and gone somewhere else. He was fantastic!!! I can not say enough good things about him! Bill was available Saturdays, holidays and kept agreed upon times to answer questions. If he had a question I asked and he had to get back, he did. A few times he had another Banker call back as this COVID19 backed up all of us. I found Bill is a great asset to Rocket Mortgage. This is my second refinance and he kept the process proceeding along with no delays.
