But Katie was patient & answered all my questions & was very proactive as well; even after I told her I was sure we were not going to go with them.
There was never any hard selling, I never felt pushed.
Very quickly I found I would have been a fool to not go with these guys! The % rates were equal to the banks.
My 1st mortgage process (with my bank 10 years ago) was very confusing & I felt very lost for much of the process. My husband & myself had a very different experience with Rocket Mortgage. I was never stressed dealing with them & we were helped at every step. I felt really good and in control through the entire process.
If you are considering lenders, give her a call!

Katie did a great job staying on track with the home loan on our house. After repeated attempts and getting a bunch of "NO's" she finally worked it out to get a "YES". Once we got that "YES" she stayed in touch to make sure everything went well along the way.
If you own your own business I highly recommend you use her.
