Evan was quite responsive to all my questions throughout the process even when he handed to the loan over to another department. Sometimes there is conflicting answers you get from different reps, but he always confirmed the information and returned my calls promptly with the accurate info. He even returned my call when he took a day off. Now that’s customer service!
