I was very happy with starting the process. On a very cold day the salesman was warming up the car I was interested in on my arrival. I drove it quickly and started the process rapidly. Unfortunately the rest of the purchase took the usual amount of time. Think car purchase when you know what you want and the negotiation is very minimal should take an hour. It's great to be able to find the specific car with specific features you want this way. Going to each dealers website to check inventory is very confusing and time consuming. Would for sure use this in the future.
