Shop Click Drive saved me a huge amount of time. The haggling, the back and forth all of that, everything was agreed upon before I arrived at the dealership! Once there I was greeted by my friendly and awesome sales associate Jonathan who really took attention to the details. I had been looking at trucks for awhile and had a horrible experience at a big name GMC Dealership, so the Shop, Click, ...Shop Click Drive saved me a huge amount of time. The online process was actually quite simple and quick. I found the car, agreed to the price and set up financing. The issue arose with the dealer. Although the car showed in Stock, it actually wasn't. He withheld that piece of information until I gave a credit card deposit! Then the arrival kept changing, so I decided to cancel. The deposit was never credited back until I contacted the bank.

Tried again with second dealer. Somewhat better in that they had the car but weren't really sure how to get the order processed. I finally had the manager get involved to clear things up. So it wasn't as simple as it should have been!

I shopped for a new truck and your site helped me find my 2015 chevy truck. It was what I was looking for with all the features. The dealership did not even remember they had it on the lot. When they went looking for it they found it was sitting in the Bull pen out back. With the 2017's getting ready to come out I got an exceptional deal on the 2015 with only 4200 miles. I have bought many cars over the years.... 18 in the last five years alone and this has honestly be the easiest transactions every. I hate not knowing the "secret price" before walking into a dealership as if finding out would tarnish the ability for a car dealership to finish a sale. Shop, Click, Drive puts all the cards on the table, showing you they have nothing to hide, unlike most competitors...I have bought many cars over the years.... 18 in the last five years alone and this has honestly be the easiest transactions every.
