Shop Click Drive was the best thing in internet shopping since EVER! As a first time Cadillac shopper, I wanted to take my time and do all of my research before going into the dealership. Shop Click Drive allowed me to select the right vehicle, apply for financing, set the stage for negotiation and have delivery scheduled when it was convenient for me! By the way, the dealership did a great job...Shop Click Drive was the best thing in internet shopping since EVER! The dealer was great, they answered all my questions and concerns before I drove on the lot. My new truck was parked out front full of gas and just washed. Everything was the same as we talked beforehand
I would have rated them a 5 star, but I'm still waiting for my Dash board covers that were part of the Chevy Mall coupon program( $100 max towards a dash board cover for the new truck and our 2013...The dealer was great, they answered all my questions and concerns before I drove on the lot. My new truck was parked out front full of gas and just washed. Everything was the same as we talked beforehand
I would have rated them a 5 star, but I'm still waiting for my Dash board covers that were part of the Chevy Mall coupon program( $100 max towards a dash board cover for the new truck and our 2013 Chevy Cruse, $39.95 each) received on line and brought to the dealer when I made the purchase.

It allows to select the features you want so you can come informed to the dealership. It should be enhanced to allow filling paperwork to reduce wasting time at the dealership.
