When searching for a 2015 Trax, I found the Shop-Click-Drive application on Buster Miles Chevrolet to be 1 of the best and easiest buying experiences I have ever used. It gave me up front what the drive-out price would be, even figuring in my GM Family Member discount. After using this and talking with the dealership, I simply drove over there, let them examine and price my trade-in, took a few minutes to print out the paperwork, sign my life away-lol, and get a very thorough run-through and explanation of all the new features that were now standard in my new vehicle from Mickey Prichett. I wanted to buy a vehicle that was in stock. I had a prior experience shopping for a car in this manner. I looked up the reviews. I sent an e-mail stating the vehicle I wanted, what I would trade-in, how much cash down, the balance to finance and how fast I wanted to move on this. I had a net number I wanted to settle at. My salesperson responded by phone, and I went in the next day. I arrived early for my appointment. I drove out with the vehicle the same day. There was a lot to be done, and it moved along without stress. My net at closing was less than what I offered. Just a pleasant experience
