Easy, the car I configured online included extras such as all whether floor mats and other items for the cargo area that were dealier installed. It was a great way to get a general idea of what the inventory is at your dealership as well as what your final costs will be. The system did end up sending my info to the dealer before I pressed the final submit button, before I was actually ready to begin the process. I also has a small issue with the car I wanted not being in-stock but that is partly my fault for waiting too long. Shop Click and Drive was very convenient, but I was not totally happy with is because it's difficult to tell if you are truly getting the lowest possible price for a vehicle. Without the traditional, face-to-face, haggling, it makes you wonder if you're missing out on a better deal.

This was a lot better than searching the dealer lot for cars which can be all over the place making them difficult to find or possibly out on a test drive.
