I wanted to buy the 2021 Kia Forte in Black and I am being Currently being discriminated against. 8/9/2022.
I wanted to buy a Forte and I came in with my OWN financing AND I declined their offer of an extra 4K on a car warranty. Now I'm being told the the Imaginary "Kia Dealership" is "holding" the title and they have

"NO IDEA WHY" and that I'll just have to sit here without a vehicle and wait for whenever the "Kia Dealership" decides to send it, but again wait! How did this dealership acquire The Car in the first place? AND listed it online for sale along with over 20 photos over several internet platforms if they HAVE NO TITLE for this vehicle?
They sent over a purchase agreement and I also insured THE CAR IN MY NAME ALREADY.
Besides writing a letter to the Business Bureau, Should I hire an attorney. It's not even about the car it's about people taking advantage of others and this economy and not be held accountable.Read MoreRead Less
