I first spoke with Kyle in March, with questions about a refinance. He was very helpful, and polite, and answered all my questions, without being pushy, like some car salesman do. But my personal life intruded, and I had to postpone my plans. When I wqs able to get back to doing a refinance, I was connected to Ryan. But Kyles, calm, informative, and friendly manner when I first talked to him, made me decide to stick with Rocket Mortgage. I have had a good experience with Ryan, from Rocket Mtg as well, and Kyle started the ball rolling! So thank you, to all of the customer care specialists that have helped me from Rocket! You all ROCK!! 😊
