When it came to getting me onboard with my refi load Patrick was awesome. My issue(s) is with the way I was treated after I completed my loan application. When I had some problems submitting requesting documents, I reached out to Patrick for assistance, but he never returned my calls or messages. My issue(s) is with the way I was treated after I completed my loan application. When I had some problems submitting requesting documents, I reached out to Patrick for assistance, but he never returned my calls or messages. I also found discrepancies on my loan completed loan application, but again when I reached out to Patrick for assistance, my calls were not returned, and finally while reviewing my closing documents I again found discrepancies, but instead attempting to reach out to Patrick, I discussed them with my closing agent and we agreed that the minor discrepancies that I identified would not not affect the loan terms or conditions so we completed the process.
