Brian showed leadership in the company by keeping up with the latest trends and changes in the business. One thing that Brian knows well is that the mortgage industry changes daily, and if you want to know what is going on now, and how you can get qualified for a loan, he can show you. Many loan officers offer cookie cut programs, but if Bryan sees a way to get you approved, even if you don't fit exactly in the box, he will work hard to make it happen. I If you want to work with someone honest who has been in the business a long time, and knows the business very well, I recommend you work with Bryan Miles!"

He was very informative and attentive. He made me feel very up to date and did all in his power to make sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into. The majority of our conversations took place over the phone/fax or via email.His assistant Ronnie on the other hand well she womped and failed to inform him of some information from time to time. Anyhow when meeting George I was abit surprised to find out how young he was considering the fact that he was so knowledgeable and spoke of mortgage information as though he had been in the business for years. His desk was a disaster and he looked as though he had been swamped with work and pulled an all nighter. However he was brief and straight to the point.We got our VA loan in a timely matter and it was a good expierence now we are in our lovely home.Thank you Mr.Temple."

Based on my credit and background, he made sure that I got the lowest interest rate possible. I was able to close and move into our house in under three months from starting from step one which was looking for a home. Mr. Legum and his staff at OVM Financial are very friendly and professional. They made sure that all my paperwork was in order and answered every question that I had about the loan process. All paperwork was done in house and I only had to make a total of three trips to his office which was to get the loan process started and sign paperwork. I had excellent communication with Aaron and his staff through email and the phone. I didn't think buying a house could be so easy. I was given his contact information at around 9:30 one evening and my agent said to call or text him now. My first thought was, no way it's too late! But I was reluctant to my agent's advice and my God Ben went to work immediately, getting me pre approved for a lone in less that 15 minutes. I couldn't believe his dedication and honesty. Ben is very thorough, professional, caring and quite the people person. Not to mention his staff/assistant were all extremely helpful and dedicated as well in ensuring I went to closing on my house. At no point did I feel uncertain about his service and ability to get my daughters and I into our first home. I am overall very pleased and would recommend Ben Temple as a lender to anyone looking to purchase a home. "

I honestly can't comment enough toward Robert Temple's helpfulness nor his understanding. I was not treated simply as an "in the door, out the door" customer, but as a person."

That is hard to say in this business where lending guidelines have continued to tighten and the entire loan process came become stressful for buyers. John is one of the best in the business! He puts the time into getting folks pre-approved that may have been passed on by other less experienced loan officers because he is knowledgeable and works really hard. Every step of the way, he is there to guide you all the way to closing. I love that John makes himself available not only during normal business hours but also on nights and weekends should you need to call him too. It shows that he cares about each person he works with.
