Tom was very professional,did not try to "run down" other competitors but fully explained his product to our satisfaction. We obtained bids from two other competitors and chose Pella. We did have a measuring issue that was resolved to our satisfaction. We felt the contractors were high quality and assisted in the measuring issue for final resolution. Tom delivered what he promised always!!!

Our utility bills have been reduced by nearly 15 percent. We can set our air conditioner at 77 or 78 degrees and be perfectly comfortable because no humidity gets into the house. I never realized what a difference a window could make in a home. After 20 years in our home we had our 13 foot 7 section paladin window by Andersen replaced with a Pella window. The difference in quality is instantly visible when walking into the room. The blinds between the glass help deflect the summer sun and heat and the triple panes help retain the heat in the winter. The difference in quality is instantly visible when walking into the room. The blinds between the glass help deflect the summer sun and heat and the triple panes help retain the heat in the winter. With the Andersen window it was always cold if you sat on the window seat during the winter. With the new Pella window the window seat is my daughter's relaxation spot.
Tom Otis was instrumental in the design of our custom window. He executed the design on computer, printed it off while he was in my home (so I could make comparisons with other window companies) and showed me samples of wood finishes and blind colors so I knew exactly what my window would look like. Tom was organized in his presentation and very through and timely. His follow up service was exceptional.
