I have used Roger & pella twice. I picture window and the second time for 3 double hung windows.Both jobs went very well, on time, on budget and well done. My neighbor across the courtyard also had Roger get 3 installed for her. I willalways consider Pella & Roder for my needs.

Roger knew the answers to all of our questions regarding replacing a patio door. With his help we found the style that allowed lots of light and security. The installation team was equally as efficent.

My husband and I worked with Todd in August, 2014 on a project to replace all the casement windows in our home that included two large, 5 window bows. The project also included adding a new exterior exit to an existing deck.

Todd was extremely professional and has an extensive knowledge of Pella windows and doors. Todd was extremely professional and has an extensive knowledge of Pella windows and doors. He recommended fabulous modifications to two window configurations that my husband and I love and had not thought about. We changed the kitchen window that was two casements into one awning opening style and modified a four casement window to two casements with a large, middle picture window that overlooks the lake.

Todd was able to develop competitive pricing to other quotes we had that included Maple interiors and exterior window trim.

We are completely satisfied with the finished look of our new windows and exit doors.

Todd is easy to work with very responsive and we would highly recommended him.
