One door presented a challenge to install because of outside trim work that goes along with a 60 year old house. Larry did a great job of measuring and re-measuring and providing alternative installation possibilities. He even took pictures to give to the installers prior to undertaking the job. He stopped by during installation to check on the progress. Both doors were installed in a day and Larry's efforts paid off. I would recommend Pella not only for the quality of their products but more importantly for the expertise they bring to the ordering, installation and followup phases of a project."

There were no surprises from the day of the appointment to the day of installation. The crew showed up on time and had our entire house fitted with new windows in half a day. The following year we replaced all the doors. We had the exact same experience. Our utility bills have been reduced by nearly 15 percent. We can set our air conditioner at 77 or 78 degrees and be perfectly comfortable because no humidity gets into the house. I seriously wouldn't bother considering other window replacement companies. There simply isn't a comparison to be made. "

"I never realized what a difference a window could make in a home. After 20 years in our home we had our 13 foot 7 section paladin window by Andersen replaced with a Pella window. The difference in ...I never realized what a difference a window could make in a home. After 20 years in our home we had our 13 foot 7 section paladin window by Andersen replaced with a Pella window. The difference in quality is instantly visible when walking into the room. The blinds between the glass help deflect the summer sun and heat and the triple panes help retain the heat in the winter. With the Andersen window it was always cold if you sat on the window seat during the winter. With the new Pella window the window seat is my daughter's relaxation spot. Tom Otis was instrumental in the design of our custom window. He executed the design on computer, printed it off while he was in my home (so I could make comparisons with other window companies) and showed me samples of wood finishes and blind colors so I knew exactly what my window would look like. Tom was organized in his presentation and very through and timely. His follow up service was exceptional. I would highly recommend Tom Otis and Pella windows to anyone building or updating a home."

I have used Roger & pella twice. I picture window and the second time for 3 double hung windows.Both jobs went very well, on time, on budget and well done. My neighbor across the courtyard also had Roger get 3 installed for her. I willalways consider Pella & Roder for my needs.

My husband and I worked with Todd in August, 2014 on a project to replace all the casement windows in our home that included two large, 5 window bows. The project also included adding a new exterior exit to an existing deck.

The project also included adding a new exterior exit to an existing deck.

Todd was extremely professional and has an extensive knowledge of Pella windows and doors. He recommended fabulous modifications to two window configurations that my husband and I love and had not thought about. We changed the kitchen window that was two casements into one awning opening style and modified a four casement window to two casements with a large, middle picture window that overlooks the lake.

Todd was able to develop competitive pricing to other quotes we had that included Maple interiors and exterior window trim.

We are completely satisfied with the finished look of our new windows and exit doors.

Todd is easy to work with very responsive and we would highly recommended him.
