Larry has gone to EXTREMES to accommodate my insane work schedule (7x12 hour nights on then 7 off) in arranging our sales/ordering appointment and installation date/time. He is ALWAYS Prompt ! Over the last 4 or 5 years we've been adding one or two windows/doors at a time as our budget allows and we are extremely happy with the looks and performance of the Pella product. I had seen the Pella windows I wanted at Mich Heart in Jackson. I loved the windows - and the molding around them. Tom went to Mich Heart - and was able to do the same window for us for our living room. He was able to find the contractor in Ohio - and do the same molding design for us. He went way above and beyond to satisfy us. Being under construction is not easy - but with Tom being so accountable and responsible - it was really a breeze for us.
