Tom was polite,knowledgeable and efficient. He did not pester me allowing me to decide when I was ready to purchase new windows a year after he first made contact. This told me he respected my thinking and process arriving at purchase of windows. I would recommend Tom Otis.

Larry was very helpful when my wife and I decided it was time to update some old windows and replace the 50's style front door on our house. He drew up quotes for everything we asked for and never tried to push or hard sell us on anything. His installation crew was very professional and courteous. Jennifer was great to work with. I had 2 projects going at the same time and she proved to be very knowledgeable with Pella products, color schemes, and measurements.

1st project completed was a front door replacement from a single door with side lights to a double hung - this remodel was quick, professionally done, and has added a tremendous amount of curb appeal. With Jennifer's help, I believe...Jennifer was great to work with. I had 2 projects going at the same time and she proved to be very knowledgeable with Pella products, color schemes, and measurements.

1st project completed was a front door replacement from a single door with side lights to a double hung - this remodel was quick, professionally done, and has added a tremendous amount of curb appeal. With Jennifer's help, I believe we have picked the perfect color scheme.

2nd project -- a little trickier as we remodeled 1/2 of a 1960's cottage with new windows and doors. Her measurements were spot on and the style of the windows and doors has improved our view more than 100%. This process was a little more tedious but Pella addressed my concerns promptly.

If I have future remodeling to be done, Jennifer and Pella will be at the top of my list!

Larry gave good advice pertaining to the staining of the wood windows, which we did ourselves. He was very thorough in explaining all our options and didn't try to sell us more than we wanted. Months after the installation when I had questions about how some of the windows locked, he contacted me the very next day and set up an appointment at my convenience to come over and go through it all with me.
