Tom was professional and attentive to my needs and very easy to talk to. He helped me with the design of window and door replacements twice as I did my whole house makeover. The Anderson windows left my house drafty and much noise coming from the neighbors outside and Pella windows were excellent in repairing this problem. When I didn't know what to choose he offered me advice and choices and he made my house look awesome. Jennifer worked with us in replacing our kitchen windows. She was extremely helpful! Very flexible with scheduling our appointment. She scheduled the finish carpenter to come before the installation to ensure that they could duplicate existing trim work.
