Jennifer worked with us in replacing our kitchen windows. She was extremely helpful! Very flexible with scheduling our appointment. She scheduled the finish carpenter to come before the installation to ensure that they could duplicate existing trim work. We are VERY pleased with the finished product.....would highly recommend Pella AND Jennifer!

Larry did a great job and figured out exactly what needed to be done to put in a window that was not just a replacement, but a totally new one, with a place in the wall needing to be cut out and all the correct finishing work to make it painter ready. Great job!

We had Roger come out about replacing our very large picture window. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. After the window was installed we were so happy we had him come back to replace other windows. The windows have held up great and lower our energy costs greatly. I would recommend both Pella and Roger.

Jennifer was great to work with. I had schedule conflicts the day she was supposed to be there and she was very happy to change the time for me later in the day on short notice. I knew part of her job was to give me a whole presentation on Pella but I asked her to skip that part and she did.
