He has exceptional customer service skills, and because of this, he builds a relationship of trust with his clients. He is patient with people who are not quite as technologically savvy as he is when you are uploading documents and using Rocket Mortgage.com, and he loves what he does. I am totally impressed with this young man and his knowledge about the loan process. He is excellent also with communication and with communicating with others involved such as the real estate agent, and the other people involved in the process at Rocket Mortgage.
