Mack is a very professional and friendly loan officer(I think that's his title) Plus, he seems like a cool guy otherwise. Every time anything were to come up he had the answers. In fact, whenever my agent or someone else within Rocket Mortgage asked me for x document or y numbers, I would know to just check my email. This is because every question that I've had to answer for others has already been answered by Mack and sent to me. He's a ninja, basically. I've spent more time on calls with him than anyone else during this process because he's that good. I'm at the next stage of the process and have another representative, but Mack is still open to me calling him with any questions. Which I do. The first time I realized what excellent support I was receiving I told Mack that I owe him a beer.
