I contacted Rocket Mortgage since we had 3 prior homes with you, one we just paid off in July. We are transferred through to Noor to start the process of getting us pre-approved. From the beginning she was amazing. Noor got us pre-approved and I proceeded with bidding on the home. Through every tedious step and there were many she was a true professional. When I didn't understand what they were asking for or needed help with some tasks she was able to assist us with getting the information. One task about a compnay my husband used to work forwas a sticking point . We couldn't get the information that Rocket was asking for, she was able to get it. Noor went above and beyond to assist us with any issues that came up. When I was getting frustrated with all the different people that were involved I would resort to calling her and she would calm me down. That is customer service at it's highest. We cannot say enough about her positive energy, her calming demeanor and her thoughtfulness during this whole process. All we really can say is THANK YOU Noor for all you did for us. With this being our fourth house with rocket mortgage, this experience with Noor was the best out of four. If by any chance, and I hope it's the last, we should ever purchase another home I would without a doubt reach out to Noor for assistance to get the process going again."
