When I contacted him regarding refinancing of my mortgage I made it clear that I wanted to lower my monthly payment and he took all my details and said he would call back. As promised he did call back and, to my surprise, honestly told me he wouldn’t be able to lower my monthly payments enough to make an impact because I was still early in my current mortgage. Where other reps would have pushed to make a sale Zach was honest and wanted to do what was best for me. If I ever have need of refinancing or purchasing a new place, Zach will be my first call."

Professional and courteous he always had the answer to whatever I asked and I am confident that on the occasion that he couldn't, he would have gotten me the answer. He constantly checked in with me to make sure everything was going as anticipated, and was honestly concerned. He is destined to move up in the company quickly with his knowledge and enthusiasm. From our first conversation he made sure I got what I was looking for and made it happen..and faster than originally estimated......a week early! Consider yourself lucky if you get the chance to work with this man because he is a credit to the Rocket Mortgage team and what makes this company worth working with.
